The focus of this program has been determined as “Sustainability in Family Businesses” and its aim is to convey “Practical Methods for Sustainability” and to enable the participants to put these methods into practice.

In the design, there will be books, articles, blog posts on the subjects, some of which were written by the trainers of this program, as well as applications such as films, videos, gamifications to support learning, exams, group studies, case solutions and presentation assignments. Applications will be carried out on the google classroom platform.

The program is linked to a certificate of achievement. Those who score 65 or more out of 100 will be given a certificate of success, and those who are below 65 will be given a certificate of participation. Success criteria are as follows.

60%:  Exam

40%: Project Assignment

The program is designed as 103 sessions (50 minutes each), and transfers are planned to be made between 21:00-23:00 on Wednesdays and 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays, except for mandatory otherwise. However, the application principle can be changed depending on the preferences of the participants.

With the draw to be drawn, the enterprises of the three participants will be presented with a strategic roadmap for the development of these two issues, as well as the measurement of the institutional infrastructure and digitalization level.

Three sessions of coaching or mentoring will be given to three participants who will be selected by another lottery.
